All prices are displayed in USD. We ship worldwide.
Dispatching your order
Ready, set, ship. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days, Monday to Friday (CT). Please note, during peak periods/holidays shipping times may be delayed. But hold tight, we promise we’re worth the wait.
Courier
Leap ’N Learn uses USPS for United States and International deliveries. Australian orders may be dispatched via Australia Post*. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location and weight/quantity of your items. All shipping costs will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier only and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the below list for anticipated shipping times.
Australia Post
NSW / ACT Metro 2 – 5 business days
SA, VIC, QLD Metro 3 – 7 business days
TAS Metro 3 – 7 business days
WA / NT Metro 5 – 10 business days
Regional areas and International addresses may take longer.
USPS
Domestic delivery generally takes 2-5 business days.
International mail – 6-10 business days.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Leap 'N Learn are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Leap 'N Learn are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Leap 'N Learn, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.
Returns
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude or replace your consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law, described below (see the "Consumer Guarantees" section).
Change of Mind returns
All sales on www.leapnlearn.com are final.
Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind returns. We can only offer you a refund if the product is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (in which case, see the "Consumer Guarantees" section below).
If a product is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee and you would like a refund or replacement, please notify us of your return by email (see details of this in the 'Returning your items – shipping' section), and provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be one of:
An original order confirmation number (received electronically when the item was purchased); or
A credit or debit card statement.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind. This includes products such as DANCEcamps™, the Little Leapers Curriculum, digital music and other downloadable items. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the product description, features and system requirements before purchasing.
By purchasing and downloading the digital product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy, understanding that the product is non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please email us with the following information for preliminary assessment:
a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be one of:
an original order confirmation number (received electronically when the item was purchased); or
a credit or debit card statement.

You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods. If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or repair the product (if repair is reasonably possible) or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads, perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, unless the item is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (in which case, see the "Consumer Guarantees" section below).
We do not offer exchanges on digital download products.
Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees in respect of goods purchased from us. These guarantees are called "Consumer Guarantees" and are not impacted by our change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe.
If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or a sample, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may (at our discretion) repair the item, replace the item or refund you, within a reasonable time. If the item has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure.
The consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse, and we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair in those circumstances.
Returning your faulty items - Shipping
To return your faulty item, please email us at info@leapnlearn.com, including your order confirmation number or proof of purchase, and we will contact you to arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us.
If the product is faulty, does not match what you ordered or fails to comply with the consumer guarantees in some other respect, we will provide a credit for your reasonable return shipping costs.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items, as we do not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your refund claim is rejected, we will contact you via email to arrange for either the item to be returned to you (at additional postage cost) or for it to be disposed of.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, and it has been more than 15 days since the refund was approved, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
