How long is the workshop?

2hr initial workshop + 30-min follow up session.

What mode is it delivered?

This is an online workshop.

  • The 2 hour initial training workshop will get you to understand your studio values and how you can bring them to life in your studio. We’ll guide you through a 4 stage process to nurture enquiries so that they enroll and stay enrolled for years on end. You’ll leave the workshop with:
    • enquiry to enrolment pipeline

    • email scripts

    • conversation starters for your teachers and admin team

    We’ll give you templates and help you craft email scripts and conversation starters so you and your team are all on the same page. And we’ll give advice on the tech side of things to make sure your systems are doing what they need.

  • Learning is one thing, but implementation is where it’s at… and sometimes that requires a little accountability.

    We’re not going to teach you a bunch of stuff and send you out in the wild. We’ll give you the knowledge and the tools and the guidance, then give you the time to implement. At the end of the 2-hour initial workshop, we’ll schedule a time to meet up again for a follow up call so you have time to implement and we can check in to see how it’s going. You’ll also get
