2022 Member Conference

Hello Leap ‘N Learn Members!

We were thrilled to be able to connect with you all again at our 2022 Member Conference and dive into all the amazing sessions on offer.

Here at Leap 'N Learn HQ, we've been working behind the scenes to bring a day of training that will set you up for success now and into the future.

This year's conference was all about adapting.

While the broader sentiment is that 'business is as usual' and life is back to 'normal', if you're anything like us, you'll know that it's not quite the case. The impact of the last two years is manifesting in a number of different ways – in changed behaviour, heightened emotions, and different needs.

So what can we do to adapt to this changing landscape? How do we ensure that our teaching is meeting the needs of our students and families? How do we adapt our approach to provide the best dance education experiences possible?

Each presentation in this year's conference takes a different approach to adapting – adapting practice, adapting content, adapting expectations – with sessions including:

  • Whole Child Teaching in 2022

  • A LNL Studio Spotlight

  • New classroom ideas

  • Exploring the new Little Leapers ‘Sea & Seasons’ Package

  • The launch of our NEW Month 4: Exploring Classical Ballets – Swan Lake

  • Communication that Converts

  • Stretch Dances

  • Child psychology

We hope that these presentations equally inspire you and equip you with strategies that will make teaching more simple, more connected, and more joyous.
