How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of delivery of your item.

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at (337) 856-5959 or (888) 211-5180 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. We will provide you with a return authorization and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music CD’s and DVD’s.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a Return Authorization and more information on return shipments.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, immediately contact customer service at (337) 856-5959 or (888) 211-5180. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
